My name is Manini Ojha and I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Jindal School of Government and Public Policy, O. P. Jindal Global University. I have received my Ph.D. from Southern Methodist University, United States, in 2018.

Prior to this, I was an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University. I received my M.A. in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University and B.A. in Economics from Delhi University.

My research interests lie in the fields of Applied Microeconometrics, Empirical Development Economics, Economics of Education, Economics of Households, Economics of Gender and Labour Economics. My current research focuses on estimating causal relationships between female autonomy and intra-household decision making power.
